President
Tim has over 20 years of project management experience, mostly developing and delivering new training programs for business, industry and government clients. He has been an active member of the Hampton Roads PMI Chapter serving in multiple board roles over the past 10 years. As President of Innerchange Learning Systems, Tim traveled extensively teaching PM courses worldwide to clients that included IBM, Sprint, UPS, Promon (Brazil), Kraft, Compaq and Met Life. He is certified as a PMP and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Tim is employed by Booz Allen Hamilton in Norfolk where he manages the rollout of large training projects for DoD clients. He is also an adjunct instructor at Old Dominion University where he teaches Introduction to Project Management for the Executive Development Center.

President Elect
Tom is a Project Manager at Clark Nexsen Architecture and Engineering in Norfolk. His background includes construction project management, Six Sigma leadership and practice as well as management experience. He is a registered Professional Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt and certified Project Management Professional. Currently serving the Hampton Roads Chapter of PMI, Tom is the President Elect, and will assume the position of President in 2011.

Past President
Vardhan Mulik is a Business Analyst for Keane, Inc. currently working for the City of Virginia Beach, in the Communications and Information Tech. division. He began working in Project Management 12 years ago, with a stint in industrial design and construction. He has worked in the Industrial Chemicals, Oil and Gas and Financial fields. He became a PMP in 2005 and joined the chapter as volunteer for Communications, subsequently serving a 2 year term as VP Communications on the board. He is also CBAP certified and holds an MBA/MS in E-Business from Temple University, in addition to an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering.
He lives with his wife and daughter in Virginia Beach. Outside of work, he likes to play music, read and participate in long distance runs.

VP Communications
Mr. Cortinas is the Vice President of Communications for PMI HR. He has spent 12 years in the IT industry, and is one of the founding partners of Marathon Consulting, a locally based Information Technology consulting firm. He is responsible for managing delivery of multiple projects and employees for various clients in the automotive retail, marketing, retail, and real estate industries. He assists clients with application life-cycle planning, system assessments, and cost justifications. Before Marathon, he spent 6 years as a Principal Consultant for Keane Inc., focusing on requirements definition, application design, construction, and implementation of complex, transaction-oriented Web-based applications.
A native of Fairfax, Virginia, Mr. Cortinas is a graduate of The College of William and Mary, taking a Bachelor of Business Administration, Information Technology concentration. He received his PMP in July of 2005.

VP Treasury
Tentcho (Temo) Totev is a big proponent of the Agile Project Management methodologies and practices. He believes that this is the way to tap into the powerful forces of every day challenges, technology advancements, business and political pressure and demands. He achieves greater effectiveness by simplifying the work processes, maximizing the client involvement and entrusting the work force with decision making.
For the past 15 years, by his will or sometimes fortunate destiny, he has been participating in all aspects of the Business Application Life Cycle - systems and business analyses, application and database designs, and software developments. He is been contributing to the rise and fall of home grown applications, SAP implementations and day-to-day IT support.
Lately, he’s been actively working to bring Business and IT worlds together using successful communication patterns, establishing common language, and sharing resources and goals towards better competitiveness. He is managing Enterprise Architecture Projects for Mitsubishi Chemical USA Inc., in Chesapeake, VA.

Director of Membership
Eric Sivertsen is the Director of Membership for PMI HR. He has over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Information Technology and Business/Financial Operations. He is employed by AMERIGROUP Corporation as a Principal IT Business Analyst. Eric is responsible for gathering requirements and project management activities supporting the implementation of a medical care management system.
Eric has previously served on the PMI HR Board as the VP of Treasury, 2004-2005, and the Director of Operations, 2008-2009. He also a facilitator for the PMI HR Prep classes held twice a year for PMP candidates. Eric is a graduate of Rutgers University and earned his PMP certification in November of 2001.

Dir. Publicity and Marketing
Erik Olson is the Enterprise Project/Product Manager for the Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise Business Intelligence (NRRE-BI) program sponsored by the US Fleet Forces Command in Norfolk VA. His background includes software development, business intelligence, IT governance, process improvement and certification, project management, requirements definition, and architectural evangelism.
Mr. Olson is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) and has practiced as a project manager for the past 15 years in the software development and construction management industries. He holds an MBA and BS in Civil Engineering, both from Virginia Tech. Mr. Olson also serves the Hampton Roads chapter of the Project Management Institute as the Director of Publicity and Marketing.

Dir Volunteeers
Hugh Reid, PMP, is the Director of Volunteers for PHIHR and is a member of the PMIHR Scholarship Committee. Hugh has been employed at Northrop Grumman for seven years as a Mission Assurance lead and is involved with process improvement (Six Sigma), quality assurance, and CMMI compliance activities for multiple programs. Previously he has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years – ten years as a Supervisor for Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) in Silver Spring, MD and eleven years as a Consultant/Principal at American Management Systems in Fairfax, VA. Hugh graduated from the University of Richmond with a BA in Economics and obtained his PMP certification in March 2004.

Dir. Certification and Education
Ranzy began her professional career in IS management. In 1998, she directed her focus to project management by joining a multi-national company to run projects in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. She has helped build the inaugural PMO for a national firm headquartered in Hampton Roads and became director of a PMO for a health care management company in Virginia Beach. Currently, Ranzy is working as a consultant for Keane, Inc, managing projects for the City of Virginia Beach. She is a certified PMP that has worked in the distribution, manufacturing, advertising, health care management, and local government industries. Ranzy has served 2 terms on the PMI HR board as the chapter President and continues currently as Director of Education and Certification. She lives with her husband on the Chesapeake Bay in Norfolk.

Toni Lee McCreash, CPCM, PMP, has over 20 years of experience in the governnment contracting arena. She worked in the fields of software development, contracts management, project management, and business development. She was employed by 8(a), woman-owned, and veteran-owned small businesses as well as large government contractors. Currently, she is a Project Manager in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration in Contracts and Management Information Systems. For fun, she enjoys archaeology, genealogy, reading, and spending time with her family.

Dir. Operations
Ms Connolly served as the Vice President of Education for PMI HR in
2002. After a three year hiatus to pursue her MBA, she returned to
take on PMI Operational duties. She has over 20 years of leadership
experience in project management and operations. Ms Connolly’s career
includes engagements at Eastern Telecom, Gateway Computers, Capital
One, Ferguson Enterprises, Odyssey Systems and Amerigroup and includes
firsthand experience with the dotcom bubble, both positive and
negative.
Ms. Connolly is currently a Project Manager at CDI located with
Northrop Grumman IT. She holds a Bachelor’s of Information Science from
Christopher Newport University as well as an MBA from the College of William
and Mary. She earned her Project Management Professional credential in
2008.
Ms Connolly resides in Newport News, Virginia with her husband Bill,
and splits her free time between her granddaughters and her interest
in oenology.
